Job summary

Caliber's Queen Creek Service Center in Arizona is looking for an experienced auto body technician to repair collisions. You will blueprint, pull, straighten and square frames, perform full collision repairs, and reassemble components to factory specs with precision.

We offer a sign-on bonus of at least $1500, competitive pay up to $20–$30 per hour paid weekly, day-one benefits, and training such as I-CAR and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit: lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final touches matter.
• Work as a team; trust and teamwork move cars through.
• Keep the work area clean; safety and tidiness first.
