This full-time position involves examining damaged vehicles, planning repair processes, and ensuring quality repairs while maintaining timelines. Candidates should have the ability to use frame machines, knowledge of manufacturer repair processes, and I‑CAR certification. The role offers a commission-based compensation structure with a salary range of $65,000 to $151,380 annually and outstanding benefits including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plans repair process.
• Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while maintaining on‑time status.
• Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, and trim to gain access to vehicle.
• Participates in all required safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces.
• Directs the work of an apprentice in the performance of tasks.

Skills

• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders.
• Participates in all required safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools.
• Directs the work of an apprentice in the performance of tasks when needed, explaining procedures to the assistant.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine.

Position type: Regular Full‑Time. Compensation: commission/flag rate structure. Flag pay meets local minimum wage requirements for all hours worked each week. Expected range: USD $65,000.00–$151,380.00 per year.
