Job summary

CARSTAR Collision of Mechanicsburg, part of the Fred Beans Automotive Group, seeks a skilled Metal Technician to join a high-volume shop.

You'll repair vehicles to OEM standards using frame racks and advanced equipment, collaborating with a tight-knit team to deliver top-quality work and customer satisfaction. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of body repair experience in a collision shop.
• Repair to OEM standards and handle all types of bodywork.
• Frame rack experience is a plus.
• ICAR certification preferred; welding certification and factory training are also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to OEM standards and ensure high-quality work.
• Perform body repairs from minor dents to major collision damage.
• Operate frame racks and related equipment to restore vehicles.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient, accurate repairs.
