Crash Champions in the United States is seeking an experienced automotive body repair technician in Lewis Center, Ohio. You will examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and communicate progress with teammates to maintain on-time status.

The role emphasizes safe repair decisions, supervision of apprentices when needed, and adherence to quality standards. The posted pay ranges from $65,000 to $162,540 per year, with a commission/flag rate structure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Frame machine operation required.
• Body repair certification preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer is expected.
• I-CAR welding certification required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
• Supervise repair personnel as needed.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Responsabilités

• Directs the work of an apprentice in the performance of tasks when needed.

We are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role. The actual offer will be based on various factors, including but not limited to: job related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant certifications and qualifications.

This position is paid on a commission/ flag rate structure. Flag pay is guaranteed to meet local minimum wage requirements for all hours worked each week. The compensation range listed is the average flag pay range for a typical full-time employee in this position.
