Job summary

Caliber Las Cruces (Amador) is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. This full-time role offers modern equipment, safety-minded culture, and opportunities for career growth.

We offer a competitive weekly pay rate (up to $20–$30), a $1500 sign-on bonus paid on the first paycheck when starting in September, and day-one benefits to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail: tightened bolts, welds, and quality finishes.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-based collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work and bring components back to factory specs.
• Ensure high-quality reassembly and finishes for completion.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety standards.
