Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced auto body technician at our Glendale, WI location. The role focuses on repairing vehicles after collisions, with emphasis on frame straightening and restoring structural integrity.

You will work with a team to deliver high-quality repairs and ensure safety and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on experience, strong blueprint-reading skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality — blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail — tight bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Manage panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish for best results.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to move cars through shop.
