Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Fairview Heights is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair collisions and restore vehicles to factory specs. You work with skilled teammates using modern equipment and benefit from training that levels you up, plus a sign-on bonus and competitive pay.

You will blueprint and execute full repairs, handle frame work, and ensure precise reassembly. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality in every repair.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames and structural components.
• Commitment to precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Attention to detail in tightened bolts, welds, and fit.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working with a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
