Job summary

California Collision Center in Escondido, CA is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our family-owned shop. You will perform high-quality repairs in line with OEM standards, using frame machines and modern measuring systems. You must bring at least 2 years of collision repair experience and own tools with a valid driver’s license.

I-CAR Gold Class and ASE certifications are preferred. We offer a competitive salary ($75,000–$125,000 annually), paid time off, uniforms, and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of collision repair experience.
• Own tools and a valid driver’s license.
• I-CAR Gold Class and/or ASE certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality auto body repairs in accordance with OEM standards
• Straighten and repair metal panels using proper techniques and tools
• Utilize frame machines and computerized measuring systems
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and repair procedures
