Job summary

Caliber's Service Center in Castle Rock is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and factory standards.

Ideally you have at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff, lifting up to 50 lbs and contributing to a safe, efficient shop.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame and structural repair know-how.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
  • Attention to detail; tight bolts, precise welds.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented with collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
  • Full collision repair—from minor to major work.
  • Panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly ensuring fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe.
