Job summary

Caliber is seeking qualified collision repair technicians in Indianapolis - North. You will perform full collision repairs, including frame straightening and fine detailing, ensuring factory specs and safe reassembly.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how and ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and welded joints must be precise.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise workmanship.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team and keep the work area safe and tidy.
• Support cross-functional shop operations as needed.
