Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Boerne, TX service center. The role focuses on full collision repair, frame rebuilds, and precise structural work, delivering factory-spec results.

You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles with a team of estimators, painters, and front-office staff, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames and structures.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time with precision.
• Attention to detail to ensure tightened bolts, welds meet standards.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
