Qualifications

  • At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
  • No shortcuts; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, quality welds, no excuses.
  • Physically fit; can lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Full collision repair across fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Panel and structural work to return components to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter in final touches.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
