VIVE Collision of Waverly in Waverly, NY is seeking an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to perform structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to read estimates and follow written instructions.

You’ll work in a modern shop with training paid, growth opportunities across the company, and a supportive team aligned with OEM repair procedures. Pay ranges from $65,000 to $125,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto body experience preferred.
• I-CAR or OEM training a plus.
• Ability to read estimates and follow written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs. and perform physical repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs.
• Complete light non-structural repairs (sanding, finishing, bumper work).
• Follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures.
• Identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator.
• Use proper safety equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
