• Vision abilities: close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception.
• Communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts.
• Manual dexterity for precise, repetitive tasks.

• Grit to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000 Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$110,000+

The starting compensation is expected to be: $21.00/Hour
