Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE in Akron is seeking a skilled Body Repair Master to join our team. You will repair and restore damaged vehicles to their original condition, using precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced shop environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in auto body repair, proficiency with welding and hand/power tools, and a solid understanding of safety regulations. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary of $1200 and immediate start.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role.
Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and procedures.
Proficient in using welding equipment, hand tools and power tools.
Understanding of safety regulations and practices in an auto body shop setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Excellent communication skills with co-workers, customers and management.

Responsibilities

Perform body repairs on all types of vehicles including cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Assess damage and determine the best course of action for repairs.
Remove damaged parts and replace with new ones.
Repair or replace body panels, frames and other structural components.
Use various tools and equipment for welding, sanding, painting and finishing work.
Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Keep track of time spent on each repair job for accurate billing purposes.
