Family Assist in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Body Repair Master to perform a wide range of auto body repair tasks including frame straightening, dent and scratch repair, painting and panel replacement. The role requires knowledge of various vehicles, ability to read work orders precisely, and the stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities include high-quality repairs, damage assessment, surface prep for painting, color matching, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive body repair.
• Strong knowledge of different types of vehicles and their specific repair needs.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders accurately.
• Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality body repairs on vehicles of all makes and models.
• Accurately assess damage on vehicles and determine the best course of action.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to repair damaged areas.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding priming and masking.
• Mix paint to match original color specifications.
• Ensure all repairs are completed within specified timeframes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
