Job summary

Carvana is seeking Autobody Prepper to join our fast-growing reconditioning team in the U.S. This entry-to-mid level role requires at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork, with duties including prepping, sanding, buffing, and bumper removal/installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to perform light bodywork, prep, sanding and buffing.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed and follow safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles to inspection standard.
• Removing and installing bumpers and performing minor plastic welding.
• Perform small area bodywork including Bondo repair.
• Handle multiple prep tasks for low-mileage, late-model cars.
