Job summary

Carvana is hiring Autobody Preppers to join our high-tech Inspection Centers. The role focuses on light bodywork and prep, with duties including sanding, buffing, bumper removal/installation, and minor repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; MVR check may apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to heat/cold and using safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles.
• Removing and installing bumpers.
• Minor plastic welding and small area bodywork (Bondo repair).
• Perform light bodywork to ensure car readiness for customers.
