Carvana is seeking Autobody Preppers in Ohio to join our high-tech Inspection Centers. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and entails light bodywork, prepping, sanding, buffing, and bumper removal/installation.

Entry into a training program is available for entry-level applicants, with opportunities to advance as you build skills with Carvana’s modern tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment; exposure to heat/cold.
• Must use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask.

Responsibilities

• Perform light bodywork including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles.
• Remove and install bumpers; minor plastic welding.
• Handle small area bodywork and Bondo repair as needed.
