• 5+ years hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.

• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

First year earning potential: $65,000-$75,000

Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+

This position is 100% commission based. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance.

What You’ll Do:

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be: $50,000-$100,00/year
