Trainees receive fully paid training with travel and lodging, then transition to a commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential and a starting pay of $21.00/hour. Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Willing to travel to automotive customers and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Travel to automotive customers to perform high-quality minor paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations
