Dent Wizard in San Jose seeks an experienced Auto Body/Paint Technician to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and a starting compensation of $50,000–$150,000 per year, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

You’ll perform automotive reconditioning tasks at customer sites. Travel to dealers, rental agencies, and auctions; maintain high quality finishes; bring color accuracy and attention to detail; you must have a valid driver's license and be able to

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.

• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.

Commission-based uncapped earning potential.

First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000

Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+

What You’ll Do

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The Starting Compensation Is Expected To Be

$50,000-$150,000/year
