Job summary

D&S Automotive in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking an Estimator/Repair Planner to join our Northeast Ohio team. You will lead vehicle disassembly, document damage, and create repair estimates for submission to insurers or customers.

The role requires 3+ years of auto body estimating experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with CCC One and Microsoft Office 365. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of auto body estimating experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background/credit check
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365
• Skillful with the CCC One estimating program or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead disassembly of vehicles and manage all documentation of damage by utilizing our estimating system and taking digital photos
• Assist in establishing a realistic repair plan based on parts' delivery dates and current shop volume
• Create an estimate for repairs
• Explain repair process, parts used for repairs, and expectations for repairs to the customer
• Work with the Parts Department to acquire needed parts to complete repair
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
