LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Body Shop Estimator to quote repair costs professionally and promptly while ensuring quality repairs. The role emphasizes customer interaction, collaboration with insurance, and maintaining high satisfaction metrics.

• Language skills to read safety rules, operate equipment manuals, and write routine reports.
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense to instructions and problem solve with multiple variables.
• Customer service skills to communicate with customers, management and technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, professional manner.
• Communicate with customers to determine repair needs.
• Evaluate damage and determine extent of repairs.
• Photograph vehicle to support insurance claims.
• Obtain customer signature on repair order and provide copy.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to secure payment.
• Monitor job status for timely and accurate completion.
• Deliver vehicle and address customer questions.
• Ensure quality control to reduce comebacks.
