Sedgwick is seeking an experienced Claims Examiner, Auto | Bodily Injury. You will analyze complex auto bodily injury and commercial transportation claims, determine liability, review coverage, and assess damages to move files toward timely resolution.

The role requires strong communication skills, licenses where needed, and the ability to work in a team. Sedgwick offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent with auto policies.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; state licenses may be required.
• Strong oral and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Licensing as required for the position; professional certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process complex auto commercial and personal line claims including bodily injury and proper documentation.
• Handle litigation processes on litigated claims.
• Coordinate vendor management with independent adjusters for investigations.
• Report large claims to excess carriers when applicable.
• Develop action plans to meet deadlines and drive resolution.
• Identify subrogation/risk transfer opportunities and manage salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker as needed.
• Perform other duties and support quality programs.
