The University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, invites applications for an Assistant Professor in the non-tenure clinician educator track. The focus is autism spectrum disorder in the transition to adulthood (ages 14–25) and the assessment and treatment of co-occurring depression, within outpatient settings.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. or equivalent and licensure eligibility in Pennsylvania.

Formación

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree required and PA licensure eligibility.
• Expertise in autism spectrum disorders during transition to adulthood.
• Experience in supervising trainees in clinical and research settings.
• Strong focus on pediatric mental health, equity, and community engagement.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and clinical interventions outpatient.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical evaluations and interventions for autistic/neurodivergent youth transitioning to adulthood.
• Lead and supervise behavioral health trainees in outpatient practice and research.
• Deliver lectures to trainees across psychology, psychiatry, neurology and pediatrics.
• Engage in transformative pediatric health research with community engagement.
• Collaborate on studies focusing on autism, depression, and psychometrics.
