Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in La Marque, TX is seeking a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's Degree to implement treatment plans for children with autism and help them build communication, social, and independent skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, fully paid training and RBT certification.

No experience required; candidates must provide degree proof. You’ll work with a supportive team in a full-time role with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities;

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree and provide proof (diploma or transcript).
• 18 years or older and physically able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to maintain active pace while working with young children.
• Paid RBT certification is provided after hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, and reading activities.
• Stay engaged during therapy sessions and maintain safety.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help children grow.
• Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment.
• Watch and learn from a Behavior Technician at work.
