The role offers full-time daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays, paid training, and full coverage for the RBT certification. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates may have childcare experience; we also offer growth opportunities within ABC.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required; RBT certification training provided.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform mobility tasks.
• Experience in childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and track progress.
• Facilitate learning through play, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
• Participate in a supportive, growth-oriented work culture.
