Job summary
A dedicated autism care organization in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking entry-level or experienced RBTs to provide support to children with autism. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and build relationships with patients and caregivers. The role offers competitive compensation of $20-$29/hr, comprehensive benefits, guaranteed hours, and a supportive team culture. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and a passion for working with children. Ongoing training will be provided.
Qualifications
Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
Experience as an RBT is a plus but not required.
Willingness to create a sense of belonging and connection.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
Collect and record data on an iPad.
Build rapport with patients and caregivers.
