Job summary

You will work one-on-one with children, implement evidence-based behavior plans, and collaborate with our clinical staff to support families. We provide paid training to become an RBT, a supportive, growth‑driven culture, and competitive hourly pay from $18.50 to $24 with a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or higher education preferred.
• Willingness to pursue RBT training.

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy services and support.
• Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans, teaching social, communication and life skills.
