Job summary

Master Faster Inc. in Pennsylvania is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community settings.

You will work alongside a BCBA/LBA to carry out therapeutic plans and support children's growth in daily living, social, communication and learning skills. The role offers weekend scheduling (Sat-Sun 4 hours per shift) and a collaborative team environment focused on progressive outcomes for children

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with preschool and elementary children.
• Experience with children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement tailored treatment plans to promote skill development for children with Autism.
• Collect data on the child's progress using a web app.
