Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Chandler, AZ, with a Bachelor’s degree as a required credential. This full-time role offers paid training and RBT certification coverage, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; must provide diploma or official transcript showing the degree awarded.
• No experience necessary; we provide paid training and fully cover your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Team-oriented and able to support a nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
