Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring for an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional in Waterloo, IA. You will provide one-on-one ABA services under supervision, helping clients achieve goals and build independent skills in their homes or community settings.

Ideal candidates are those starting in ABA, with a high school diploma and a willingness to learn. Paid training is provided and positions start part-time, offering flexibility and opportunities to grow within the clinical team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
