Job summary

Comprehensive Behavior Supports is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience required, with full training available and flexible part-time hours designed for students or caregivers.

You will work as part of a clinical team, implementing evidence-based interventions to support learning, independence, and positive behavior while documenting progress and coordinating with families for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
