Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking qualified individuals to join our team as part-time ABA paraprofessionals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, working closely with families and the BCBA supervisor to support skill-building and independence.

No ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Ideal candidates are in Education-related fields or roles with a passion for helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to maintain

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
