Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Autism Support & Skill Building Specialist (RBT) to join our team in Council Bluffs, IA. The role involves delivering one-on-one ABA services, implementing individualized behavior plans, and collaborating with a clinical team to support client goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
