Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, record data, collaborate with BCBA supervisors, and help families implement skill-building plans; no prior experience required as paid training is provided and a 6-month commitment is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
