Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a compassionate team member to support students with diverse learning needs in homes, centers, and community settings. You’ll use play-based, evidence-informed strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills, following plans set by clinical leaders.

Training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you grow within a flexible, on-the-go role. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, flexibility (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings

Qualifications

• PATIENT, dependable, and compassionate traits are essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well as part of a team.
• Comfort working with diverse populations in school-based environments.
• Flexible availability including afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
