Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is seeking caring individuals to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience across home, center, and community settings, with structured training and a focus on helping children achieve communication and life skills milestones.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with schedules Monday through Friday from 12‑8pm, 2‑8pm, or 3‑8pm based on experience.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Reliability and ability to follow training and documentation processes.
• Willingness to complete training and work in a school-based program.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with clients.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session — at a child’s home, at a center, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders while celebrating small wins that lead to growth.
