Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid and current SLP license in Florida.
• Criminal record clearance required or formal exemption.
• Experience working with children or clients with special needs (autism, Down syndrome, other delays).
• W-2 position with schedule flexibility.
• Paid travel and mileage as needed.
• Paid time off offered.

• Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8am–7pm, flexible to meet scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage own clinic caseload.
• Complete daily treatment notes and support evaluations and care plans.
• Create innovative treatments to support functional communication.
• Demonstrate competency with relevant equipment and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with client family and multidisciplinary team through emails, calls, and meetings.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families; provide home programs and parent education.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings; attend staff and team meetings.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Florida SLP license (valid and current)
