Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services in Red Lion, PA, is seeking a compassionate Clinical Supervisor to lead the Amazing Kids Club autism program. This full-time role focuses on providing clinical leadership, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality care in a team-oriented environment.

Applicants should have PA licensure in one of the specified disciplines and at least one year of relevant experience, with ABA training preferred.

Qualifications

• PA licensure in one of: LPC, LMFT, CRNP (Mental Health), LCSW, or Behavioral Specialist/Social Worker with clinical practicum.
• Minimum of one year postgraduate experience providing direct mental/behavioral health services to children.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based autism treatment approaches.
• Experience providing clinical supervision.
• ABA training and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the Amazing Kids Club program in Red Lion.
• Support staff development and ensure continuity of care for clients.
• Promote compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Lead high-quality clinical services and supervise clinical staff.
