Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking an Autism Instructor to provide 1:1 instruction to learners under the guidance of a special educator. You will implement individualized instructional, behavior, toileting, and feeding protocols while tracking progress and supporting the broader school team.

You will develop NET plans, deliver effective teaching sessions, and collaborate with staff during daily routines and field trips, advancing your ABA skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to follow individualized instructional and behavior protocols.
• Ability to accurately complete daily data responsibilities.
• Ability to meet the physical and communication requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out Natural Environment Teaching plans for individual learners.
• Use effective teaching procedures during NET instruction and intensive teaching sessions.
• Implement individualized behavior, toileting, and feeding protocols.
• Accurately complete daily data responsibilities and self-evaluate instructional performance.
• Prepare learner materials and support group instruction as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and support school routines, field trips, and daily transitions.
