Responsibilities

• Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for each student.

• Prepare detailed lesson plans for approval.
• Participate in scheduled IEP meetings.
• Use reinforcement techniques to keep students engaged.
• Invite family participation in educational progress.
• Create and distribute quarterly progress reports.
• Confer with therapists regarding behavioral issues.
• Maintain a safe, productive classroom environment.
