Job summary

Hope Diagnostics seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for full-time, on-site work in Springfield, IL (with occasional travel to Vernon Hills). Salary ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience, for comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations following APA guidelines and industry best practices.

You will write reports, discuss findings with families, and coordinate with intake, billing, and clinical teams to ensure timely, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Health Service Provider) in IL and MO, or willing/able to obtain.
• Eligible for enrollment with insurance companies and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations following APA guidelines and best practices.
• Writes diagnostic reports and reviews findings with families.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with colleagues and families.
• Submits notes for billing and adheres to organizational policies.
