Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking Community Support Professionals to join our team in Exton, PA. You will teach, coach, and support individuals with autism to pursue growth, meaningful life choices, and active participation in their communities.

The role offers varied schedules (full-time, part-time, casual non-exempt) with pay starting at $19.00 per hour, $21.00 with a bachelor's degree, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Community Support Professionals to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. As a Community Support Professional, you will teach, coach, and support individuals with autism so they may have opportunities for growth, meaningful life choices, and become valued and contributing members of their communities. This person acts as an effective role model to support and assist individuals to have "everyday lives": to meet new people, develop friendships, find and maintain employment, exercise choice, maintain activities of daily living and accomplish personal goals.

Job Details
