Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Michigan. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism, working one-on-one and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

The ideal candidates are passionate about helping children, patient, and able to work well in a team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, even for those without experience.

The pay range for this position is $16 - $20 per hour, with opportunities for a structured career path in the field of Behavioral Analysis.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Engage actively to promote the growth of children with autism.
