Centriaautism in Weymouth, MA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this impactful role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to aid in teaching essential skills while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
• Comfortable standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors to help children reach their full potential.
