BK Behavior is hiring entry-level ABA aides to support children with Autism in clients’ homes and community settings across Kansas City. Positions start part-time with comprehensive paid training and flexible hours, ideal for students and educators seeking meaningful work in psychology and child development.

No prior experience is required; you will receive hands-on coaching from licensed therapists and opportunities to advance within a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need To Knows

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
