Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring for an Autism Behavior Support role in Russell, KS. The summer position runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with no prior experience required and full training provided.

The role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings and building actionable care plans under supervision. Ideal for students or those in education fields, offering part-time hours and a clear path into psychology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+.
• Summer schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
• Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
