Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play-based, evidence-informed strategies. No prior experience required, and we provide training and a path to advancement.

You’ll work in homes, centers, or community settings, following plans from our clinical leaders while enjoying a flexible schedule, paid training, and opportunities for growth toward leadership.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays) is required.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella) is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations is required.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation is required.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with your client is required.
